 and add "points" so you can move it around!  If you don't want it taking off, put a few pins in the bottom of the person/thing. Then, add joints in the areas you want to move. If something is moving that shouldn't, put a point there so it won't). 
Hit the to Apply
the layer and the process; each layer will be a frame of your animation!
the image, if needed, to remove all extra space
When finished, go to  and the Animation window will appear so you can preview your animation
If you are happy, modify the settings for speed or export size, and export that puppy! Fun!
