SUMMER SCHOOL 2022 REGISTRATION FORM

June 20 - July 22, 2022

TIME:

Monday – Thursday - REVIEW, RECOVERY AND ENRICHMENT

Period 1 8:30 AM - 10:25 AM

BREAK 10:25 AM - 10:45 AM

Period 2 10:45 AM - 12:40 PM

N.B. Students with a Period 2 class may not leave the school campus during the break period. Snacks and beverage are sold during the break.

COST:

$250 per 9th through 12th, Review, Recovery and Enrichment course (each period = 1 semester of a course).

The deadline to register is Monday, June 20, 2022. Each class meets Monday-Thursday. Optional Academic Support is offered every Friday from 8:30 am - 10:30 am either in-person or online via Zoom. Classes will not be in sesson as follows:

Monday, July 4, 2022 Fourth of July Holiday

Tuesday, July 5, 2022 Fourth of July Holiday (observed)
