The descent into “madness” or insanity is a popular theme in literature, film, television, music, etc. Select another work (literature, movie, television, music, etc.) that features a character’s descent into madness. In a 3 paragraph compare/contrast response, explain how your selected work compares to “The Yellow Wallpaper”.
(Things you might consider comparing/contrasting: the characters’ madnesses, how the characters’ madnesses are portrayed, people’s reactions to the madness, how the setting plays a role in their madness, what causes/sets off their madness, etc.)
